Company History

1989 -	Private duty care agency purchased by Elaine S. Donley.
1990 -	Medicare/Medi-Cal certified to provide licensed home health care.
1992 -	JCAHO Accredited. Our accreditation continues to carry the highest scores on survey.
1993 -	Founding of Assisted Home Hospice and opening of the Thousand Oaks Branch.
1993 -	Present – Through acquisition and expansion, Assisted has grown to 7 offices.
2005 -	Creation of the Assisted Home Hospice Foundation, a non-profit foundation created to promote hospice and palliative care education and assistance.
